The machine of linear type is intended for washing of filled cylindrical and figured cans of all numbers. Washing is carried out by jet method using nozzles. Cans come on a horizontal mesh conveyor in the washing unit. In the first half of the washing tunnel of the Bank is washed with alkaline solution (70 °C), in the second - rinsed with hot water (70 °C). The tank node washing of the cans is filled with an alkaline solution. The temperature of the solution is maintained by automatic steam supply. Under the conveyor is located a sliding mesh filters. The level of the solution is regulated by a float valve. In normal mode, the bath is replenished by supplying water to the rinsing section, and the level is maintained by the overflow pipe. The circulation pump maintains the pressure necessary for high-quality washing of cans. Adjusting the line to the desired size of the can is done by changing the position of the guides along the entire length of the line. The equipment is controlled by an electronic control panel, which includes a PLC-controller.
This equipment has a linear type and is designed to remove surface moisture from cans after seaming or sterilization. Used for cans № 2, 3, 6 and 8.
The process of removing moisture is carried out by means of active blowing of shop air with the help of powerful vortex blowers, which are installed in the lower part of the equipment. Blowing is carried out with air knives on all sides of the conveyor and along the entire length of the drying chamber. The conveyor is equipped with side and top adjustable stops, so this machine is universal and can be used for drying cans of different sizes.
